Ingredients:

2 Lbs. Head-on Shrimp
1/2 Clove of Garlic Minced
8 Tbsp Butter
1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 Tsp Salt
2 Pinch of Ground Black Pepper

Instructions:

 

1. Cut butter into small pieces and melt it in a pan.

2. Add minced garlic and saute until golden brown.

3. Add Shrimp in.

4. Add in all other ingredients

5.Cover up to let it cook. Check and stir it from time to time.

6. Put aside some sauce for later use, then add oil if necessary. Cook until shrimp is slightly fried.

7. Serve with White Rice and Ice Lemon Tea.
